Torticollis and Nystagmus

Has anyone done anything with the Young Living oils ? A mother with a 13 year old daughter has asked me if the oils could help her daughter. She had both at birth
and was told it had something to do with coming down the birthing canal. She doesn't know if both are related or that it's just a coincident she has both.
Any help would be appreciated. I am still learning all this.

I'm not sure, what to suggest,but am sure, there's someone out there, who perhaps could.
